Via the contact or quote form we may receive: name, email address, phone number, vehicle details (such as licence plate, make, model, year and type), desired service and the content of your message. Licence plate details may be supplemented via free RDW Open Data; you can correct those details manually before sending.

Technical data may also arise when visiting the website, such as IP address, browser type, request time and pages visited. Those data are processed by the hosting environment for security, stability and troubleshooting.

We process form data to answer your question or request, prepare quotes and – where applicable – form or perform a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and where needed on the basis of legitimate interest for business operations and communication (art. 6(1)(f)).

We process technical logs on the basis of legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention and proper operation of the website.

We keep form messages as long as needed to handle your request and ongoing correspondence, and thereafter as long as legal or administrative retention obligations require (for example for quotes or orders).

Technical logs are not kept longer than needed for the purposes above, unless longer retention is necessary due to an incident or legal obligation.

To send forms we use Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Your form data is forwarded via their service to our email address.

To protect against spam and bots we use hCaptcha (from Intuition Machines, Inc.) on the contact and quote forms. hCaptcha may process technical data needed to assess whether a submission comes from a human. More information: hcaptcha.com/privacy.

On the quote form you may optionally look up a licence plate via RDW Open Data (opendata.rdw.nl). That lookup runs in your browser; we only receive the vehicle details when you submit the form.

The website is hosted via Vercel. Vercel may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the site.

We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with providers needed for hosting, email, spam prevention or form handling, and only as far as that fits the purposes stated here.

Some providers (such as hosting or form providers) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards where the GDPR requires them, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses, insofar as applicable to the service.

On this website you can indicate via the cookie banner whether you allow analytics or marketing cookies. Without consent we do not load those categories. More information is in our cookie policy.

Under the GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest, insofar as those rights apply to your situation.
