What we do

Fabrication and valve fitting

Fabrication & exhausts

TIG welding in titanium and stainless: collectors, midpipes, silencers and complete systems that fit your bike precisely. Titanium is light, strong and shows the characteristic heat colours around the welds – craftsmanship you see and feel.

Valve fitting

We integrate exhaust valves into new or existing systems. Ride open on track and quieten the sound elsewhere – with neat wiring and reliable controls.

BMW R 1250 GS Adventure

Decat headers with RED9 exhaust valve

On this GS1250 Adventure we fitted a decat header together with the RED9 exhaust valve.

  • Decat headers fitted for freer exhaust flow
  • RED9 exhaust valve integrated into the system
  • Push-button control: open for more sound, closed to quieten

Result: more sound from the engine when you want it, and less with one press of a button.

Titanium fabrication

Yamaha MT-09

Custom titanium exhaust system

  • Fully titanium – lightweight and track-focused
  • 3-into-1 collector TIG welded with precision pie cuts
  • Bent titanium midpipe with visible heat colours in the welds
  • Carbon silencer integrated on the titanium tubing

Result: a clean, light titanium system with high-end welding and the distinctive titanium look of professional custom work.
